Terms of Use
1. Service scope
Roxana Assignment Solution provides bespoke academic support services including reference and model writing, research, tutoring, proofreading and consultancy. All written material is produced and delivered exclusively as reference and model material for the client's own personal use and learning. Nothing produced by us is intended, or warranted, for direct submission as the client's own work to any academic institution.
2. Quotations and payment
Every project is individually quoted based on subject complexity, scope, academic level and deadline. No payment is taken before the client has reviewed and approved a written quotation. Payment is made securely via PayPal. We do not accept payment by any other method at this time.
3. Delivery and revisions
We will deliver completed work by the agreed deadline. If a delivered piece does not meet the agreed brief, we will carry out reasonable revisions at no extra charge. Revisions must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery and must relate to the original brief.
4. Acceptable use and academic integrity
Our services are provided strictly for reference, model and guidance purposes. The client is solely responsible for how they use the material we produce. We strongly encourage all clients to engage with reference material ethically and in accordance with their institution's academic integrity policy.
5. Liability
We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome or grade. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
